The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #71 has thrown its full support behind Deputy Chief Erik Goss to become the next leader of the Pensacola Police Department, citing his 27 years of dedicated service and overwhelming support from rank-and-file officers.
Starting pay for the Pensacola Police Department goes up approximately 16%, after officers ratified the FOP Union contract.
The members of Lodge 71 are proud to endorse Buck Mitchell for office. As a longtime business owner in Pensacola and, more importantly, a steadfast supporter of law enforcement, Buck has consistently demonstrated his commitment to our community. "We are thrilled to stand beside him because we know he will stand with us," said James Parsons, President of FOP Lodge 71.
